The Australian venture capital firm Square Peg Capital and Pitango Venture Partners invested in the round as existing investors. JethroData was founded in 2012 by Boaz Raufman, Eli Singer and Ronen Ovadya.

Israel-Belarus Join Forces On Banking Tech

This about doubles the amount of cyber exports in 2013 respectively that totaled $3 billion. According to the National Cyber Bureau, 2014’s totals account for about ten percent of the global cyber market valued at $60 billion. Azrieli Foundation Donates $10M To Hebrew U Stem Cell Research

GameFly Acquires Playcast
June 3, 2015 | GameFly has acquired the Israeli cloud gaming company Playcast for an undisclosed amount. Playcast employs 35 at its offices in San Francisco and Israel, and, following the acquisition GameFly will expand the company’s offices in Caesaria as a research and development center. In addition, GameFly will introduce Playcast’s video game streaming service. Playcast was founded in 2007 by Guy De Beer.

June 3, 2015 | According to a “Globes” report, FIMI Opportunity Funds will acquired Hadera Paper. “Globes” reports that Clal Industries and Investments, which owns 59 percent of shares in Hadera Paper, is in talks with FIMI regarding the takeover. Hadera Paper currently employs 1,800 and specializes in the sale and manufacture of packing paper and the processing of paper and plastic waste.
