June 3, 2015 | GameFly has acquired the Israeli cloud gaming company Playcast for an undisclosed amount. Playcast employs 35 at its offices in San Francisco and Israel, and, following the acquisition GameFly will expand the company’s offices in Caesaria as a research and development center. In addition, GameFly will introduce Playcast’s video game streaming service. Playcast was founded in 2007 by Guy De Beer.
