DouxMatok is rolling out two spreads - Hazelnut Cocoa and Dark Cocoa Salted Caramel - in the US with its Incredo Sugar solution.

The company’s sugar reduction product, Incredo, can lower the amount of sugar present in a variety of foods from anywhere between 30-50 percent.

Founded in 2017, the Israeli startup Better Juice developed an innovative process that reduces sugar in fruit juice by up to 80 percent.
