Israeli real estate tech startup BeamUP uses its proprietary AI technology to cut system and infrastructure design time from months to days.

The funding round includes $75 million in equity, $25 million in venture debt, and $150 million in warehouse financing.

Urban Compass, a startup by Israeli star entrepreneur Ori Allon that $8 million, has launched its social network and a housing rentals platform that brings online the whole process of finding and paying for a place to live.
