Fast food giant McDonald's bought the Israeli company in 2019 but was looking to sell part of its tech earlier this year.

The lab will be established within the southern Israeli city's tech hub, adjacent to the financial center of the National Cyber Directorate.

The platform will give companies a suite of tools that includes client management, billing, e-invoicing, online scheduling, and email marketing.
