The company that delivers threat prevention for medical devices and clinical networks was founded by the former head of the Cyber Division at the Israel Prime Minister's Office, Amir Magner, and a co-founder of Face.com.

A senior executive, likely VP of corporate development Amin Zoufonoun, is said to be in Israel, but there is no immediate word on if an acquisition is in the works.

Face.com, the leader in online face recognition technology, yesterday released the production version of their iPhone camera app, KLIK 1.0. KLIK uses real-time mobile face recognition to automatically detect faces, and even identify friends in photos allowing users to easily tag and share photos of their friends.

Face.com is an Israeli startup founded in 2008 that provides websites and mobile apps with code to implement face recognition. So far, Face.com, which is free and is used by Facebook and Twitter, has recognized or detected 35 billion faces.
