The coding and entrepreneurship course for African refugees will launch in Tel Aviv as part of an initiative by the city and PresenTense.

A joint initiative by the African Refugee Development Center and the Developers Institute hopes to help refugees launch tech careers.

The new initiative will tap into the talents of computer science graduates from Israel's Arab and ultra-Orthodox communities to answer a chronic shortage of some 15,000 workers in the tech ecosystem.
