Israeli digital advertising company Tremor International will acquire Israeli startup Amobee for $239 million.
Amobee is a digital marketing technology company that enables its clients to gain a deeper understanding of their target audience by analyzing consumers’ real-time and previous content-consumption trends. It serves over 500 customers globally.
The company had been previously acquired in 2012 by Singtel, one of the world’s leading communications companies, for $321 million.
“The acquisition of Amobee is expected to build upon Tremor International’s growth strategy and proven track record of successfully integrating companies that enhance and expand the capabilities and scale of its data-driven end-to-end technology and business platform, focused on CTV and video,” said Ofer Druker, Tremor International’s Chief Executive Officer.

The firm works with more than 150 advertisers and over 1,000 supply and publishing partners.
Tremor International, formerly known as Taptica, was founded in Tel Aviv in 2012, and has offices in locations including New York, London, Tokyo, and Beijing.
Singtel is one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world. It is Asia’s leading communications group and provides a diverse range of services including mobile, data, internet, and TV.
Amobee was founded in 2005, and has offices in locations including Chicago, New York, Singapore, Sydney, and London.
