Conversation intelligence company Chorus.ai raised $33 million in a series B funding round led by Georgian Partners, with participation from existing investors Redpoint Ventures and Emergence Capital. The funding round, which will be used to accelerate customer acquisition and support product innovation, brings the total funding raised to date to $55 million.
Chorus.ai developed a conversation intelligence platform for high-growth sales teams that aims to transform conversations into data and insights. Chorus.ai’s technology transcribes and analyzes business conversations in real time, with proprietary algorithms detecting key, high-value moments during sales calls. These insights serve as the foundation of a coaching strategy for sales and customer-oriented teams.
