October 1, 2015 | The Israeli company Silicom will acquire the US company ADI Engineering. The agreement stipulates that Silicom will pay ADI Engineering’s shareholders $10 million in cash at closing, with additional funds conditional on future performance milestones. Silicom is a data infrastructure and networking services provider and ADI Engineering is a provider of high-performance Intel-based products. Silicom was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Kfar Saba, Israel.
