October 7, 2015 | The development tools vendor Rogue Wave Software has acquired PHP company Zend Technologies for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition will help Zend extend the reach of its PHP services in larger enterprises. Zend CEO Andi Gutmans will be joining Rogue Wave’s leadership. Zend was founded in 1999 by Gutmans and CTO Zeev Suraski.
