October 19, 2015 | German dialysis company Fresenius Medical Care has acquired the Nephromor chain of community dialysis centers, owned by Israeli pharmaceutical giant Teva and Israeli healthcare service provider Clalit, Globes reports. The sale price is estimated to be between $70 and $90 million. Founded in 1994, Nephromor provides dialysis services – a life-support treatment that supports the functioning of impaired kidneys.
