October 19, 2015 | Internet of Things provider, Telit Communications, has won a $220 million contract to provide services in the UK, The Marker reports. The Israeli company, which enables machine-to-machine (M2M) communications with wireless module technology, will install smart meters in British homes and businesses under an initiative of the British Department of Energy. Founded in 1986 by CEO Oozi Cats, Telit is now traded on the AIM Exchange in London.
