September 30, 2015 | The Israeli Infiniband developer Mellanox Technologies will acquire EZchip Semiconductor, another Israeli company. Mellanox will acquire EZchip for up to $811 million. Both Mellanox and EZchip are based out of Yoqneam in the north of Israel. EZchip was founded in 1999 and has a US office in San Jose, California.
