September 7, 2015 | Israel’s Chief Scientist has announced that three groups have won a contract to operate new startup incubators in Northern Israel: HealthO2, which is comprised of medical equipment giant Medtronic, IBM and Israeli VC Pitango; Israeli medical equipment company Trendlines; and a group of investors called Galil Tech Ventures.
