July 7, 2015 | According to a report in “TheMarker”, Vaxil Biotherapeutics and the Mayo Clinic have signed a cooperation agreement for the next two years. Vaxil, which develops vaccines for the treatment of cancer and infectious diseases, signed the agreement with Prof. Sandra Gendler and Dr. Peter Cohen to integrate Vaxil’s ImMucin treatment together with other immunotherapy treatments being developed at at the Mayo Clinic. The cooperation will be supported by the Mayo Clinic. The Mayo Clinic is the largest integrated nonprofit medical practice in the world. Vaxil Biotherapeutics was founded by Lior Carmon and is based out of Ness Ziona, Israel.
