July 30, 2015 | Tower Semiconductor announced that it will begin mass producing touch screen controllers for digital pens for the Israeli firm N-Trig. The latter company was recently acquired by Microsoft for use in its line of Surface mobile products. Tower Semiconductor is based out of Migdal HaEmek, Israel and was founded in 1993.
