July 30, 2015 | ARM has confirmed reports that it will acquire Israeli Internet of Things security company Sansa Security for between $75-85 million. Sansa Security, which develops security solutions for cellular devices and flash memory, has raised $32 million since it was founded in 2000. Following the acquisition, ARM will establish its development center in Israel. Sansa Security was founded as Discretix in 2000 by Gal Salomon, David Deitcher and Limor Albaz.
