Elbit Completes Acquisition Of NICE Cyber, Intel Divisions

July 2, 2015 | Elbit Systems has completed the acquisition of NICE Systems cyber and intelligence divisions. The divisions will now become a part of Elbit’s division Cyberbit, the cyber subsidiary managed by Adi Dar. The deal between Elbit and NICE was valued at up to $158 million. NICE Systems was founded in 1986 as Neptune Intelligence Computer Engineering by seven Israeli military colleagues.
