June 10, 2015 | In its third offering, CyberArk Software plans to issue 900,000 new shares with the hopes of raising up to $62 million. CyberArk held its original IPO in September 2014, issuing shares valued at $16 a share. According to “Globes”, Israeli venture capital firm Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP) will sell the majority of its shares in CyberArk for a total of $195, together with Vertex Venture Capital and CyberArk director Amnon Shoshani. CyberArk was founded in 1999 by Udi Mokady and Alon N. Cohen.
