June 1, 2015 | The Israeli cyber security firm CyberArk Software filed with the US SEC to raise $250 million in its third public offering on NASDAQ. CyberArk previously raised $85.8 million at a company valuation of $473 million during its IPO in September 2014, then raising $200 million in a secondary offering in March 2015. Currently, the company has a market cap of $1.9 billion. CyberArk was founded by Udi Mokady in 1999 and is headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts.
