May 19, 2015 | According to a “Globes” report, the Office of the Chief Scientist (OSC) plans to set up a genetic database to be authorized by the government. The matter is still under the consideration of the Office of the Chief Scientist’s Telem program for research and development and a think-tank headed by senior EMC executives is also part of the initiative.
