El Al Launches ‘Cockpit’ Startup Support Program

May 4, 2015 | El Al Israel Airlines has announced the launching of a startup support program called Cockpit. The program will serve Israeli startups innovating the fields of aviation and tourism and hopes to expose El Al to new technologies. The program plans to host at least 10 startups, providing them tens of millions of dollars in investment, mentoring services and direct support from El Al professionals. Selected startups will be able to try out their technologies on El Al’s beta site.
