April 2, 2015 | Israeli software company Sapiens International Corporation has acquired Indian company IBEXI Solutions, a provider of insurance business and technology solutions, for $4M-$6M. Sapiens is headed by Roni Al-Dor, and is traded both on NASDAQ and on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Founded in 1982 by Tsvi Misinai, Sapiens develops computer software solutions for the insurance industry.
