The investment round was led by Carmel Ventures and as part of the deal, Carmel Venture’s co-founder Shlomo Dovrat, will join Yallo’s board of directors. Yallo’s platform hopes to revolutionize cell phone call capabilities as we know them with a number of new features that will allow users to record calls, minimize the use of minutes, and transcribe voice mails, among other functions.
