March 30, 2015 | Israeli pharmaceutical giant Teva Pharmaceutical Industries has agreed to acquire Auspex Pharmaceuticals for $3.5 billion. The acquisition will strengthen Teva’s portfolio of treatments for the central nervous system. Teva was originally founded in 1901 as Salomon, Levin, and Elstein.
