March 31, 2015 | Israeli FinTech company On Track Innovations (OTI), a provider of cashless payment solutions, has received a favorable ruling by the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, in its lawsuit against mobile network operator T-Mobile. According to the ruling, T-Mobile phones equipped with near field communication (NFC) technology, which was developed by OTI, infringe OTI’s patent. OTI was founded in 1990 by Oded Bashan.
