March 12, 2015 | The Israeli company Nova Measuring Instruments announced that it has acquired US company Revera for $46.5 million in a deal that is expected to close by mid-April. Nova is the producer of optical metrology solutions used in the manufacturing of semiconductors. Nova was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Rehovot, Israel.
