January 28, 2015 | The Israeli company Hadera Paper will sell nearly 50 percent of its stake in the Holga-Kimberly diaper company to Kimberly-Clark. Kimberly-Clark will reportedly pay $164 million (NIS 650 million), including a $10 million fee that will be paid to Hadera Paper to not compete in the diaper market for a period of at least four years.
