November 11, 2014 | Elbit Systems America, the US subsidiary of the Israeli defense company Elbit Systems, signed a contract to provide logistical support to the US Air Force. The deal will cost the US military $29 million over five years, with the company providing support for the Heads-Up Display advanced helmets to be worn by F-16 pilots. Elbit Systems is an Israeli defense electronics company, founded in 1996 and based in Haifa, Israel.
