October 22, 2014 | Sony Pictures Television has reportedly acquired 50 percent of Dori Media Group‘s business for tens of millions of shekels, according to estimates. Together, the two companies will form a new subsidiary, Dori TLV, through which they will jointly own the Viva channels in Israel, Viva Walla free video on demand, Baby TV channel in Indonesia, and Dori Media Ot, a dubbing and subtitles service. Dori Media is owned by Tamar Mozes Borovitz and President and CEO Nadav Palti with branches in the United States, Switzerland and Argentina.
