June 29, 2014 | The Israeli mobile app Yo! held a hackathon yesterday (Saturday) in San Francisco to show that the application can be used for more than just sending ‘Yo.’ The winners of the hackathon were Jarryd Lee and Hayden Lee who created an app called ‘YoServerIsDown’, which lets subscribers know when there is a problem with their server. The Yo! application was created in just 8 hours by Or Arbel, Moshe Hogeg of Mobli and Phil Hars and quickly became a sensation among smartphone users.
