June 11, 2014| Entropic, a world leader in semiconductor solutions for the home, announced that as part of its corporate restructuring program it will close its engineering center in Israel. According to estimates, the company’s global restructuring efforts will effect nearly 23 percent of Entropic’s international workforce in places like Texas, Israel, India and Taiwan. Entropic hopes to redirect the company’s vision to become more geared towards R&D and product development.
