May 19, 2014 | Israeli company Mobileye, which develops smart-vision-based safety solutions for automobiles, has filed with the SEC to hold an IPO on NYSE. According to the Wall Street Journal, the company will attempt to raise up to $1 billion at a company value of $3.5-5 billion.
