March 11, 2014 | Israeli-owned company SafeCharge, which develops payment technologies for online merchants and gambling, is planning an IPO on London’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM). SafeCharge is planning to raise $100 million, which will go mostly towards the acquisition of companies in the same field.
