March 11, 2014 | Israeli company Pointer Telocation Systems, which offers a variety of products and services for vehicle-based companies, has raised $10.4 million in a private offering on Nasdaq. While the company did not disclose who the investors were, “Globes” reports that they were Meitav DS Holdings and The Phoenix Holdings.
