November 19, 2013 | Israeli startup Zula, which develops a platform for cloud-based conference calls, has announced that it has raised additional funds in a second seed financing round. The funds were raised from Microsoft Ventures. Though the sum raised was not disclosed, Microsoft Ventures usually invests up to $250,000.
