November 25, 2013 |Â hiCenter, a subsidiary of Haifa Economic Corporation and a part of the Office of the Chief Scientist’s Technological Incubators Program, has announced an investment in four Israeli startups. The investment, totaling at NIS 10 million, was made in three companies in the new media, mobile, and Internet sectors, and one in the medical devices sector.
