October 30, 2013 | Israeli startup Soluto, which offers remote assistance software for end-users and computer optimization software, has been acquired by American company Asurion. According to several reports, Soluto was acquired for $130 million. Considering that Soluto has raised just under $20 million in its six years of existence, the money changing hands is quite a hefty exit.
