October 8, 2013 | Israeli startup Appoxee, which develops an app engagement platform, has announced that it raised $1.8 million in additional seed funding. The financing round was led by Lazarus Israel Opportunities Fund and Moshe Lichtman and included existing investors Cyhawk Ventures and Oryzn Capital, bringing total funding to $2.4 million.
