October 2, 2013 | American software company Avaya yesterday announced that it is acquiring the software division of Israeli company ITNavigator. Though financial details were not disclosed, it is estimated the transaction is worth tens of millions of dollars. ITNavigator’s software department will keep its employees and Israeli offices and become a full subsidiary of Avaya.
