InnoLap Surgical Acquired By Teleflex

October 3, 2013 | Israelil startup InnoLap surgical, a Trendlines portfolio company which is developing a platform for scar-less laparoscopy, has been acquired by Teleflex. The size of the transaction was not disclosed. Earlier this year, Teleflex acquired another Israeli company from the field of laparoscopic surgery, Eon Surgical.
