Israeli startup Qlika, which developed patent-pending technology that enables advertisers to manage and optimize their campaigns for each local market, segment and media channel, has raised $1.7 million. The seed funding was invested by several Israeli and American private investors The startup, a graduate of the UpWest Labs accelerator, says it will use the funds to hire more employees and expand its target market.
