Israeli company FlowSense Medical, which develops urine monitoring systems, has been acquired by healthcare company Baxter International for $9.5 million. The acquisition was announced by the Trendlines Group, of which FlowSense is a portfolio company.
FlowSense, founded in 2009 by TrendLines, is the developer of the URINFO fluid monitoring system, which provides accurate, real-time, and continuous monitoring of urine output.
