Israeli company Qwilt, which develops online video delivery solutions, has raised $16 million in a series C financing round. The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners and was joined by current investors Accel Partners, Redpoint Ventures, and Marker LLC. The company says it will use the funds to expand its sales and engineering teams.
