Israeli company Omek Interactive, which develops motion recognition technology, has been acquired by international chip developer Intel. The price tag for the acquisition is $60 million. Geektime reports that Intel has been in hot pursuit of Omek for months and that price agreed on will quadruple the investments made in the company.
