Israeli company Mellanox Technologies Ltd. is continuing its shopping spree. After acquiring American advanced silicon photonics company Kotura last month for $83 million, Mellanox has announced that it has acquired Danish company IPtronics.
IPtronics, which desings optical interconnect components, was acquired for $47.5 million in cash.
