World’s largest social network Facebook is reportedly in the final stages of negotiation to acquire Israeli crowdsourcing GPS company Waze for $800 million to $1 billion. Calcalist reports that the companies are in the Due Diligence stage of negotiation, which is the final stage before signing the deal.
