Israeli VC Qumra Capital, which was recently founded by Evergreen Venture Partners general partners Boaz Dinte and Erez Shachar, has raised $40 million towards its first investment fund.
“Globes” reports that Qumra aims to raise $100 million by the end of the year, for investment in later-stage startups.
