Israeli investment firm PLUS Ventures has announced that it is collaborating with Tel Aviv University in two outlets: Ramot, the university’s technology commercialization company and StarTau, the university’s entrepreneurship center. PLUS Ventures specializes in investments ranging from pre-seed financing to $1 million investments.
